when downloading from word to publisher , publisher frezzes when it
downloading more 4 pages or converting from word to publisher

Are you using File, Import Word Document? Are you getting an error?

Try this:
Create a text box, right-click the box, click *change text*, click text file,
browse to the Word file. Does it still freeze?
