downloads from my site

Within my site I have some forms, which I want visitors to download. So the
question is; can visitors do this without any special work on my part? As a
general question, can any page be downloaded unless restricted? I have
checked FP Help and looked other places and did not find the answer.

What kind of forms?

One way would be to create a fillable PDF form and create a hyperlink to it.
