downloads impossible

I can no more download, even very small programs. I get
the following message: Realdownload Express - error
WSAECONN REFUSED temporary network error.

Any idea and anything to suggest?

You should ask this question in a newsgroup which supports
"Realdownload Express", or contact the manufacturer of the program;
this newsgroup is for questions concerning Microsoft Access(TM), a
part of the Microsoft Office suite.
