Downloads in FP 2003

Can anyone help me I trying to put information on my website and mke it downloadable to others? I don't have a clue where to start. Thanks

You don't really have to do anything special to add files for download. Just
import the file into your FrontPage web (using File | Import) and link to it
like you would a web page. The only thing you may have to consider is the
file type. Browsers can sometimes be too smart as they know what to do with
a lot of different file types. If you have a text file (.txt) and link to
it, the browser will open it inside the browser since it knows how to
display it. For these types of files, put them into a .Zip file using
something like Winzip and then import the zipped file into the web and link
to it for download. Users will then be prompted to download the zip and can
then open it to get to the file themselves.

Ditto. I'm stuck on this one too. I believe it would require a frames page to begin with and then one of the frames would contain the file which is a document that has been uploaded to your site. However, when I tried this the document didn't appear in the frame.
