Would someone please recommend web sites where I can download add-ins for PowerPoint. I'm particulartly interested in being able to run QuickTime movies on workstations connected to a network. The usual insert object procedure doesn't work. Due to restricted access, the machine won't launch QT.

The one place which has the most information on PPT peripherals is http://www.indezine.com There is a TON of information on all kinds of things there.

However, for your QuickTime issues, I don't know that there's an easy solution. Basically (and this is explained also at http://www.indezine.com/products/powerpoint/ppquicktime.html), PPT will accept QT MOV files if they're saved as the format for version 1, 2 or 2.5 PPT won't play newer versions of QT MOV files.
