This is what i am trying to do
I would like to add an html genetated crossword to my prez. (the
crosword was generated by a third party program and dos not have any
problem/error opening in IE)

How did i do this
a) I created the crossword
b) Exported this as a webpage (HTM) since the program has this export
facility
c) Downloaded a free add-in called liveweb from shyam Pillai's web
site and added it into powerpoint with macro scurity medium/low (i
used the liveweb 2007 addin as i am using offie 2007
d) Added the crossword puzzle using the wizard of this add-in
e) Run powerpoint - the interactive puzzle SHOWS

but

when the slide with the puzzle opens there is an error that reads as
follows

An error occured in the script on this page

Error document cwf_live is null or not an object

Line 121
Chat 2
Code 0
URL

Do you want to run scripts on this page

When i say Yes (or no) the error message disappears and the crossword
puzzle can be run normally and flawlessly

I am using Windows 7, with IE 8 and Office (PPT) 2007

However when i show this on a screen to an audience i do not wish to
have this error in view! Is there anyything i can do tg work around
this or eliminate this error appearing.

I have inserted several other web pages and even a html puzzle from
another crossword program and NO ERROR appears in such cases

I am not a programmer or coder and do not know html or xml

I have uploaded the sample quiz here
http://rapidshare.com/files/322828245/quiz-2010.zip.html

and the liveweb addin can be downloaded here

It was recommended that try to remoe the object tag in the html (it is
used for web browsers other than IE).

Thanks and i hope someone can help me or correct the erring line in
the html file or recommend something that i can try?

Thanks Steve - But the pointers you advised DID NOT solve my problem
and the script error in line __ char ___ still occurs!

Anything else i can try?

Do you think Shyam Pillai can hlp and would he answer my mails?

Can i try Mozilla and link open HTML pages with FireFox - perhaps
there is a flaw in IE 8. Though i don't think that is the case as the
page opens perfectly withou error in IE - it's just from within
powerpoint that the error happens

Any settings within PPT that i might have mssed? (All my security
lvel set to lowest)
