I prepared a trifold brochure using Publisher 2002 and including photos. I
am attempting to upload the brochure to vistaprint.com for publishing and am
having difficulty. First, vistaprint does not accept Publisher files, and
so I must submit it as a jpeg file. When I do, I am informed that the
document (designed as and 8.5 x 11) cannot be stretched to fit an 8.5 x 11.
When I queried vistaprint, they informed me that any submitted document must
measure exactly 8.62 x 11.10 and have exactly 300 pixels per inch. I have
changed the size of my document but still have the same problem.

Q1: How does one set pixels per inch?
Q2: Might the problem be in the conversion to a jpeg file?

Thanks for any help! -- Theresa

Theresa you will need to use PDF or create a PostScript file.
Publisher 2002 will only create 96dpi JPEG files which is useless for your
needs.

You can download from www.adobe.com the Generic Postscript printer driver.
Install that and print to file and send the Postscript file to the printing
company.

vistaprint is a super-bargain printing site. they will only accept bitmap
files. if you have a lot of vector data, they are not the place to send your
files.
