Dr. Watson in word 2000 Event ID 4097

When trying to do anthing with this one word documents I
get a Dr. Watson. Event ID 4097

Description:
The application,,generated an application error The Error
occurred on 11/7/2003@12:21:24.289 The exception generated
was c0000005 at address 30a91ac2 (VGetFtModified).

Worked on the document yesterday and saved with no
problems, Got to work today and cant save or save as. It
will open. I tried the winword /a no luck.

What now?
