Draft email not properly saved

Outlook 2003 SP3 on Windows XP.

On of our users drafted an email and chose to save a copy when she closed
Outlook (meaning she probably hadn't been saving it all along).

After leaving work she chose to work remotely from home. She went to her
Drafts folder and the email was there - but some of the text was missing.

She'd like an explanation on why this happened and what she can do to
prevent it. She also claims that this has happened to her once before, and
that she's heard of it happening to The Others. You know, those omnipresent
yet ethereal others.

I'm not sure what info you might want about our remote environment. I can
tell you that with the exception to not having access to our email archives,
it's pretty much the same deal with the same settings.
