Drafts Folder Moved?

I have a user who has their Drafts folder under the Calendar folder. When
you try to move it back to where it belongs, it says (of course) you can't
move special folders. So, how did it get there in the first place and is
there a way to get it back.

/resetfolders put a new drafts folder where it belongs, I still had to move
draft messages from the errant one into the new one, then delete the old one,
which it let me do.
