Drag and Drop Between Subforms

Is there a way to drag and drop between subforms? I've used the list box
example but don't like that when you select an item and you drag up or down
from the item you want but get the item that is in line with the mouse
pointer. Also don't want to hold down the Ctrl key just to get the one I
want so I figured I could use subforms.
