drag-and-drop listboxes in Access

I want to drag from one listbox to another within an Access application. I
can find some help in Access/Visual Basicsuggesting this being possible,
(namely BeforeDragOver and BeforeDropOrPaste events), but there are no such
events offered in the listbox's Properties Events tab.
Is there something I need to switch on somewhere or any reference library I
need to load? Or is Access 2002 not really capable of drag-and-drop?
(Using Access 2002 within Office XP professional)

It's not built-in, but you can hack the equivalent together.

I wrote a couple of columns about it for Pinnacle Publication's Smart Access
in January and February of 2004.
