drag and drop + Outlook

Frequently my Outlook 2003 will stop allowing drag and drop and copy to
clipboard functions. I can restore by "repairing" the installation, but the
frequesncy of this happening is getting to me. Does anyone know why this
happens and what solution is possible? I have searched the KB to no avail.

Once in a while restarting the computer helps, but most of the time I have to
REPAIR Office to restore these functions.
