dragging a series of data and incrementing the values

Am trying to drag the following cells down the page but
can't fet excel to increment the values in the desired way.

2004.02.10 00:01
2004.02.10 00:01
2004.02.10 00:01
2004.02.10 00:02
2004.02.10 00:02
2004.02.10 00:02
2004.02.10 00:03
2004.02.10 00:03
2004.02.10 00:03

I want the series to continue and incresing by one minute
every 3 rows.

Hi
try entering the following in B1
=TIME(0,INT((ROW()-1)/3)+1,0)
and copy down
