Dragging Emails into Calendar Meeting Requests

As you know it is possible to include an email message from one’s Inbox in a
meeting request by simply dragging it from the Inbox into the Calendar
portion of the screen – bottom left of main Outlook screen. However, when I
do this, the meeting request is then sent out from my own calendar rather
than my boss's and does not get entered on my boss's calendar. Is there a
way to adjust this?
