Draging Cells

Hi,

I am using excel 2002.
Whenever I open an excel file and click on a cell, it will
start to drag and select other cells even by not left
clicking the mouse. May I know how can I disable this?

Have you disabled any Macros that might be present?

May be Extended selection "Ext" will appear in the status bar. Use F8 to
toggle it off.

I don't know if you are posting the same question under various ids but

The word in you subject should be spelled as dragging.
