I am creating textboxes programmatically with thin line borders.
Unfortunately it draws the border inside the shape frame (thus pushing the
margins in a little) and messing up the text inside. These are very
specifically sized textboxes. I have looked and looked (and I just bet that
when i post this I will go back and find it in like 10 minutes) and I can't
find anything to set Draw Border Inside Frame to false (it is a check box in
the Shape Properties Dialog). Any help will be appreciated and assuming I
don't find the answer, be put to immediate use.
