Draw on Pivot Charts

Hi
I created an XY (scatter) pivot chart . I would like to put an overlay on the
chart by
plotting lines at certain locations. I don't seem to be able to do that.
There is
no drawing toolbar like other office applications.
I would appreciate if someone can tell me if there is any way I can use to
plot lines and rectangles on the pivot chart and move them freely.
