Draw text in a ciircle word 13

when i select transform i want my text in a complete circle. when circle is selected i only get a half
circle. word 13

WordArt, which I presume you're using, can easily produce full-circles. Simply insert a WordArt shape, then use the 'Change Shape' tool to convert it to a full circle.
