Drawing an AutoShape based on cell results

Hi all...

I may be getting too ambitious here, but I had an idea that would make life
so easy for me...

1. Can an autoshape be drawn "automatically" if two conditions in a table
are met?

Example IF cell1Value = True AND cell2Value = True THEN
Autoshape

2. If the above can happen, can the autoshape be drawn directly beside the
table?

3. If both of those can happen, can the test be done and the autoshape
drawn for multiple tables in the document?

I hope I explained my idea well enough to get a push in the right direction...
Clarification is a message away...

As always.... thanks in advance...

Julie

If the autoshape is formatted to be In-line with the text, you can include
it in an If...then...Else field construction that will display it only if
the conditions are met.
