Can the Drawing Canvas be disabled? If so, How?
G Greg Maxey Nov 13, 2003 #2 Helen, Tools>Options>General and uncheck "automatically create drawing canvass when inserting autoshapes" If you ever want it, and you might if your want to use connectors, then use Insert>Picture>New Drawing.
