Drawing objects disappearing

C

Chuck Jurgens

I have a table set up in Word 2003 and I insert photos into cells in the
table. I want to draw arrows and circles on the photo. When I try to place
an arrow, for example, on a photo the arrow will be half over the photo
inside the cell and the other half will be outside the cell. When I try to
move the arrow completely into the cell it disappears.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do in order to be able to place drawing
objects (arrows, circles, etc.) on top of photos in cells? I can do it fime
when the photo is NOT in a table cell.

TIA

Set the layout of the arrows, etc to be in front of text. You can
double-click on the arrow which brings up the dialog box, layout tab and
click on in front of text. Hope this helps.
