drawing objects

I have a Word document file that I use regularly as a
template for a publication. It is setup as an A4 size landcscape page
divided into two columns. In the second column I have a drawing object which
is a group of text boxes and images etc. The first column is blank ready to
enter content as needed. The problem is any content in the second column; ie
the drawing object, moves whenever I enter content in the first column. Is
it possible to fix a drawing object permanently to it's location?

Thank you,

Martin F.

Suzanne thanks for your reply under a previous post. The reason I posted
again was because my original post didn't and still hasn't come up as posted
in my newsreader (Outlook Express). I can view your reply but I cannot view
my original post even after synchronizing. Actually it did appear at first
but when I clicked on it a 'strikeout' line appeared through it and a
dialogue box said the post had been removed from the news server. It's
happened to me before. Any ideas?

Thank you,

Martin F.

Occasionally the server will burp, so we all see that occasionally. Are you
connecting directly to msnews or through a proxy server?
