Drawing Toolbar

I am using Office 2004 with a new iBook G4, but cannot open the drawing
toolbar on any of the applications.

Can anyone please offer assistance?

Based on previous posts in the archives:

it sounds like bad preference files. With all Office apps closed, delete
the

~:Libraryreference:Microsoft

folder (where ~ is your home directory).
