When I open and edit a drawing in Word 2003 and then close it the drawing is
enlarged and only the top left hand corner is shown.

Can you provide the steps you're using if you start with a new blank document, including the method you're using to insert the
drawing/graphic and if it's an external graphic the graphic file type?
