Drilltrough sample in Office Toolpack doesn't work

Hi!

I've tried to use Drillthrough.htc from Office Toolpack but it throws
exception if the PivotTable has a dimension in Page area that doesn't have
'All' member.

How to hide drop areas programmatically?
