I am a very new user to Access and didn't know if anyone new if I am in the

You could certainly maintain your client address list and a list of mailings
in Access; it would not be suitable (without a lot of programming) for
actually writing the letters, Publisher or Word would be better for that.
Perhaps you could post a bit more description of what a "drip letter campaign"
consists of and what you want the Access database to do for you.
