Drop Down Box

I want to create a Drop down box in SharePoint designer that host links. When
each link is selected in the drop down box I want it to load into an iframe
that is on the same page.

I need how to do both of these things:

1. Make links in a drop down box.
2. Get those links to load in the iframe instead of a new window.

Can someone explain to me how to do this or direct to a site taht explains
this?
