drop down box

I created a form and have included names of family members and a drop down
box to choose their age/group category. When I choose a category for someone
in record one, it also changes all records after that with the same item that
was chosen in the drop down box. How do I correct this?

Check if the combo is bounded to the right field and not to the same fields
after it.
