Drop Down Box

There is a drop down box that can be inserted in a
spreadsheet that will go to a second sheet, and will show
a listing of names and allow you to pick the exact name on
the second sheet and show it on the first sheet. Can
anyone tell me how to get this drop down box? Thanks.

You can use Data>Validation, and refer to a named range on the second
sheet. There are some instructions here:
