Hi,

I am trying to replicate an expense form which uses has a '+' symbol next to row used as a data heading. Upon pressing the + new blank rows are revealed for additional data entry & accordingly when you click '-' then the new rows compact back to the original line. somewhat similar to the format used for the different threds on this forum.

Any ideas how this is achieved please

regards
Steve

Hi Steve

i'm guessing its group & outline, under the Data menu

select the rows you want to "hide" choose Data / Group & Outline and then
Group

Let us know how you go
