Drop Down Boxes

I am using MS Word 2003 SP3. I have created a table with 6 columns and want
the final column entries to be controlled by a drop-down box giving a choice
of 3 status ratings, Red, Amber and Green. How do I go about doing this and
how can I set the background so that it is the colour selected?

Thanks - that's just what I wanted. As for the colour, I want to set the
cell background to Red, say, and have the text 'Red' in black centred within
the cell
