Drop Down Buttons

I am trying to put drop down buttons onto my webpage. Can anyone explain how
do to do that?

mean a drop down menu? If so, what type?

On some websites I have seen, you hover over the button, i.e., "Products" and
a menu drops down next to the button showing all the products that you can
select.
