Drop Down Calendar

O

OldSalt

I'm working with a form and would like to add a drop down
calendar in place of the standard text box. Is there an
easy way to accomplish this?

What type of Form?

If it's a userform, you could use a Calendar control on the form. If you
are using formfields in a protected document, you could have an on entry
macro in the formfield display a userform that has a Calendar control on it.
The technique for the later is covered in the KnowledgeBase article 198561 -

I went to the suggested area and I'm not being allowed access because I
don't have a MVP password.

Is this information mirrored elsewhere and more readily available?

Thank you,

I don't know why your message had become detached from the thread (probably
because of the newsreader you are using), but from the information in your
post, I have no idea what you mean by the "suggested area"

Sorry, the original answer points to a KnowledgeBase article 198561. When
I try to access it, I don't have an account.

I was looking for another way to view this article. In particular, I'm
looking for a was to have a calendar pull down in a word form.

Thank you,

I went to support.microsoft.com. On the left hand side I typed in the
number and went right to the article. I don't have an account either.

If that is what you are after, as it involves make use of a userform, you
should consider it that is what you should be using in the first place. If
you do, then you can have a calendar control on the form.

See the article "How to create a Userform" at:
