drop down comments fields

Hi

Can someone help

I am wanting to add details comments to a spreasheet (not using the add
comments) but having something like a drop down arrow that when you
click it opens a large fields of notes. There is going to be a lot of
information to fit in one spreadsheet

Is this possible or am I better off sticking to the 'insert comment'
function.

You may want to consider adding textbox from the Control toolbox toolbar.

But if you have lots of notes to add (one per row???), I'd just use a cell and
type it there. (Alt-enter will force new lines in that cell.)

If it's just one giant note for one worksheet, I think I'd add an additional
worksheet that's called:

Notes for Sheet1

And put it there.
