Drop-Down Form Field w/ image

I have a Word document with a Drop-Down Form Field with people's
names. What I would like to do is somehome include the signature image
with this. I would like to keep the field with the name, and when it
is changed change the signature image to match. Anybody have any
examples or ideas about how to do this?

I would also like to imbed the images into the Word document if at all
possible so it is more portable.
