drop down form field

I currently have an online form with all fields required.

I am using the code from this site
(http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/ValidateFFields.htm) and it works like
a charm.

My problem is with the drop down boxes. I am getting my message box that
says I need to make a selection when I attempt to exit this field but it does
not go back to the field for the user to make a selection.

I also can't seem to get my directional code to work for another drop down,
i.e. if they select the 4th or 6th entry it should go to a particular field
versus skipping them.

Any help?
