Drop Down List from different sheet

Is it possible to have a drop down list using a list from a seperate
spreadsheet

Found combo box on the forms toolbar, but this has a border around it and the
arrow also the text is a different size when printed !!!!

Yes, it's possible if you name the list range
(either via the namebox or via clicking Insert > Name > Define)
