Drop Down List

I just read formformer's request on the drop down list choice populating other fields. Sorry I cannot help you with your problem, however, would you be able to tell me how you put 150 entries into the drop down list? I get a message that it only holds 25 items. Any suggestions on how to get more entries into the field or (ideally) am I able to cut & paste a list into the drop down?

Hi, Lynda,

The dropdown list that's available on the Forms toolbar is absolutely
limited to 25 items (and, IIRC, 50 characters per item). To get a more
capable control, you need to use either the combobox control on the Control
Toolbox toolbar or a dropdown list in a Userform. Both of these alternatives
require VBA coding to load the entries into the list. See
