How do you create a simple drop down list that has 5 or 6 choices?

Select the cell where you want the list to appear.
Goto the menu Data>Validation
Allow: List
Source: type your selections here separated by a comma
Red,Green,Blue,Black,White
OK out

to select it rather than type all the entries in.
