When I click on file, insert, etc. in the menu bar the outline of the box
will appear as if the menu has opened, but I can see no text in the box and I
am unable to click on anything in the box. This happens in Excel and Word. I
tried to down Service Pack 3, but it says there is error and it can't
download to my computer. Any ideas? I'm not too savvy with computers.
