Drop-down Menu Functionality- How do I add them to OneNote

I'd like to add drop-down menus to OneNote fields. Can anyone give me
guidance as to how to accomplish this? Thanks for your assistance.

What do you mean by "fields"?
I do not know anything like that in OneNote.
Could it be that you are talking about some other software?
