Drop down menu-modifying

I want to modify the drop down menu that opens up when you highlight some
text and then right click. I want to add some buttons to it- but can seem
to figure it out.

hard to find but those menus can be customized from the shortcut menu
tools>customize>toolbars>check shortcut menues>then add/delete items as
you wish
