I have a drop down menu of Dis or En. When I select En I
have a conditional format to have the cells background
turnblue. Dis will turn the cells background to red.
How can I have the entire row turn blue when I select En
or the entire row turn red when I select Dis

Write the conditional format to refer to the cell using an absolute cell
reference.
