Drop Down Menu

I don't know how to write my own HTML script. I would
like to utilize a menu generator to create a drop down
menu (or pull down menu) but without the box that so many
generators use. Are there any generators out there that
can do this? Also, I'm using Frontpage 2002. Where would
I have to place the language? Thanks.
