Drop-down menu

In a cell with a list of values/choices in a drop-down menu, is there a
keyboard shortcut that automatically displays the menu? I always have to use
the mouse to click on the arrows to get the menu to drop down and I'd rather
keep my hands on the keyboard since I have several cells with these
drop-down menus in one row. On the pc at work, I just hit F4 and hope there
is a Mac equivalent - Office X version.

"Option"-"Arrow down" will do that.
