Drop Down Menus or links?

I want to design a drop down menu with functionalities similar to the
one found at http:\\www.realtytimes.com.
That site has several drops near the top of their page.
The "news and advice" with a sub selection, and even sub selections
under that would be welcome. I just want to place links at the sub and
sub-sub level that will take the use to a different page.
I would like to standardize my site with a header with the drop down
menu/navigations at the top of each page.

Any help or insights would be appreciated!

Steve: I went and looked at the web site you suggested. We
did the same thing on a meeting web-site last year using a
FrontPage add-in program called Jbots. It integrated well
with FP2002 and we did get the results we wanted. However,
after "learning" how to do it and styling the pages we
wanted with the drop down menus, when I wanted to go back
and edit it a few months later it was like starting over
but maybe you can retain the information the first time!
