drop shadow and soft edged picture frame

When inserting photos, would like to use a drop shadow box frame or the
blurred edged look. Rather than just the lines or border art. Where can I
find these features?

What version Publisher?
If you are using 2002-03, right-click the toolbar, click shadow settings...As for
edge blur, you will have to try a photo editing program.
