Drop Shadow Problem

Hello,

When I add a drop shadow frame from the Drawing toolbar
to a heading in Excel that is centered over, say, 5
columns, it won't center the page horizontally, even
though I instruct it to in the Page Setup, Margins tab.

This was never a problem in previous versions of Excel.
Any idea why and how to fix?
