You could try the approach in this article:

Be sure to work on a *copy* of the database, so you get multiple goes at the
undelete.

Thank you , but the article allows me to restore 1 table
only , conditional the Db was not CLOSED since the drop .
& Drop was done By MsAccess .
this is not the case .
